In order to provide efficient service to all users, the Computer Center has established a unified help desk for IT services. Via the information desk, we can quickly assess the user’s needs and provide technical support for all students’, faculty and staff’s software and hardware related needs. Also, the Computer Center provides services such as reservation of computer labs, and provides consultations for on-campus information system and internet system. Weekend Emergency Hotline

If you are having problems in accessing your t-mail, the e-learning system, or any one of our online systems during the weekend, please contact us via the weekend emergency hotline. Please note that this hotline does not provide tech support consultations on weekends; however, the hotline serves as a center to receive reports of major failures of our systems.
